Brian Cuevas

Brian is a staff accountant who enjoys helping clients navigate their tax and accounting needs in a personable, approachable way. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he especially enjoys tax work and finding opportunities to help clients save money.

Originally from Delaware, Brian joined John A. Knutson & Co., PLLP in 2026 after beginning his public accounting career there. Known for his easygoing demeanor and positive client interactions, he was drawn to John A. Knutson & Co., PLLP by the firm’s reputation, the opportunity to grow with a larger team, and family ties to Minnesota. Brian loves a good adventure, so making the move to a new state and city felt like a natural next step.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys anime, gaming, comic books and sports. His all-time favorite superhero is Spider-Man, and he is a proud University of Delaware Blue Hen. When it comes to sports, Brian cheers for the Dallas Cowboys during football season but tends to favor New York teams otherwise, including the Knicks and Yankees.
