Current John A. Knutson & Co., PLLP clients can now request an electronic version of their tax organizer. This includes completing and submitting tax documents electronically. We use SafeSend Organizers and SafeSend Returns, which keeps all information secure. If you would like to complete your organizer and submit tax documents electronically, please contact us.

Save your documents to your computer as a .pdf (lower case matters) before uploading to SafeSend.
Please update the name of your files using the following name convention: Last name – Document Title. Example: Johnson-W2.pdf
We do not accept HEIC files, which is what Apple users usually have their image settings set to. Here are the steps to convert this image to a .pdf:
On your iPhone, open the Photos app. Then find the photo you want to convert.
Tap the Share button and scroll down to select Print
Place two fingers on the photo and expand the image preview until it takes up the whole screen.
Again, tap the Share button and select where you want to save the .pdf or send it to yourself. (i.e. email it to yourself, save to a Google Drive, etc.)
Then you can upload from your mobile device using the link in the email from SafeSend or save the .pdf to your computer by using a shared file or emailing to yourself (less secure).

Upload Tax Organizer Documents as PDFs
Current John A. Knutson & Co., PLLP clients can now securely email documents for your tax organizer as PDFs. Tips for sending JAK your documents:
Make sure all documents are saved as PDFs and named as follows: Last Name – Document Name. Example: Johnson – W2.
Multiple documents may be combined into one file, but our preference is a separate file for each document.
Please, when possible, upload all files at the same time. We realize that some documents come in late and may be sent separately from the bulk.
Click on the link. You’ll be prompted to enter your name and email address. Then drag or browse out to select the files to upload. When all files are included, click Upload and files will be sent to our admin department.
