Biography
Kim Elm is the business development and marketing manager at John A. Knutson & Co., PLLP who supports the firm and each staff members marketing and business development efforts. With past experience managing a sales and marketing team, she couldn’t be better suited for the role.
Since joining our firm in 2016, Kim has focused on streamlining internal processes to create more time for client communication. A natural networker, she loves meeting new people and connecting them with others. But above all else, she sees her role as an opportunity to build community, relationships and teams—and to pave the way for growth.
After meeting Kim, you’ll likely leave with a few new connections and at least one great dining recommendation. A self-proclaimed restaurant connoisseur, she’s always happy to share her favorite local spots and keeps up with the latest Minnesota sports news, particularly when hockey season is in full swing. Outside of work, Kim enjoys traveling, especially road trips, cheering on her kids at the hockey rink, and spending sunny days outdoors with her husband, Kevin.
