Biography
Kim Elm is the business development and marketing manager at JAK who supports the firm and each staff members marketing and business development efforts. With past experience managing a sales and marketing team, she couldn’t be better suited for the role.
Since joining JAK in 2016, Kim has focused on streamlining internal processes to create more time for client communication. A natural networker, she loves meeting new people and connecting them with others. But above all else, she sees her role as an opportunity to build community, relationships and teams—and to pave the way for growth.
After meeting Kim, you will likely end up with several new connections, as well as dining recommendations. A self-proclaimed “restaurant connoisseur,” she is always happy to list out her favorite local spots. You can also count on Kim for the latest Minnesota sports updates, especially if it’s hockey season. But when the weather is nice, she prefers to be outdoors walking her miniature pinscher, Mac, or watching her kids play ball. She is active in her kids’ school fundraisers, often helping to promote the events (of course!).
