On a warm, 2025 fall evening at O’Shaughnessy Distilling Co. in Minneapolis, the John A. Knutson & Co., PLLP team gathered with longtime clients and partners to celebrate a milestone that very few firms reach.
One hundred years in business carries weight. It speaks to trust built across generations, relationships that last, and a team committed to doing meaningful work together. The turnout was strong right from the start, filling the space with familiar faces, new conversations, and a steady buzz of energy that carried through the whole night.

The formal portion of the evening featured remarks from Managing Partner Jason J. Loven, Partner Andrew F. Knutson, and retired Partner Brian Knutson. Their remarks honored the firm’s history while acknowledging the people who shaped it. They highlighted the values that have carried our firm for a century, the growth and challenges along the way, and the responsibility of carrying the legacy forward. Their messages resonated with the room.
